Πως αλλάζουν οι εποχές…Είμαι 24 χρονών και θα αρχίσω να νιώθω παλιός. Η εταιρεία που έχει κυκλοφορήσει albums συγκροτημάτων-ορόσημα στο Hardcore αποφάσισε να διώξει τους All Out War και Damnation AD (όπως και τους Endwell αλλά αυτοί δεν μας ενδιαφέρουν) επειδή πλέον ‘το old school δεν πουλάει’ σύμφωνα με τον ιδιοκτήτη της. Ο λόγος φυσικά είναι για την Victory Records. Μάλλον οι Blood For Blood, Backfire, Cause For Alarm, Hoods, No Innocent Victim, Martyr AD και Shutdown (μεταξύ πολλών άλλων) θα γελάνε με κάτι τέτοιες εξελίξεις.

Ιδού τι δήλωσε ο ιδιοκτήτης της Victory Records Tony Brummel στο Lambgoat:

"There is no drama here. Bands and labels go in opposite directions all of the time.

Endwell and I are totally cool and they knew about this last week. They are young guys and understandably a bit shocked still and emotional. They know that I will help them in any way that I can in the future. Who knows, we might even end up working together again.

Damnation has simply not been an active band. I have known these guys forever and we all knew it was a risk to release an 'old-school' band. The album is brilliant but unfortunately there is not the right amount of respect (sales wise) for many of the 'older' bands. This goes for Damnation, AF, Sick of It All etc.

There is nothing to read into this. I am really tired of people reading into things when there is nothing to read into. A band being released is not necessarily a negative thing. We did not sell a great number of albums for either band. It gives them a chance to explore other opportunities."
