Fantastic Volume 2, a party celebrating everything low end, late night slow jams and the soulful side of hip hop is back!
After a bried hiatus on Thursday the 7th of February one half of Black Athena alongside Petit Bear take to the decks of Halandri's most stylish cocktail bar, Spiti for a special night celebrating the life and music of J Dilla.
On the night expect a roll call of talent from the likes of Dwele, Brandy, Raphael Saadiq, Sa Ra Creative Partners, Black Milk, Nottz, Teedra Moses, Maxwell, Phonte, Lil Wayne, Rochelle Jordan, Kelis, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Drake, Keith Sweat, Mary J, Aaliyah, Prince and of course lots of the late great James " J Dilla" Yancey, all hand selected by your hosts for the evening Petit Bear and Jo (Black Athena).
Thursday's party is in aid of the internationally celebrated Dilla Day, in respectful memory of the late, great James D. Yancey, whose legacy lives on through his vast catalogue of incredible music.
