November 2010 saw the release of The Dark, the highly anticipated 5th album by The Third Eye Foundation (aka Matt Elliott), which features contributions from Chris Cole (Manyfingers) and Louis Warynski (Chapelier Fou). All of them plus Chris Adams (Hood, Bracken) unite to bring the album to life on stage, with a formation of 4 computers, guitars, violin, cello and percussions, in unique and unrepeatable concerts where these geniuses of improvisation sound like an instrumental whirlwind between the romantic and the noisy, the baroque and the ethereal. http://www.thirdeyefoundation.com/

The Third Eye Foundation is the alter ego of Matt Elliott, Bristol musician who began playing in cult bands like Flying Saucer Attack, until in 1996 he released his first album, Semtex, described as an extraordinary collision between My Bloody Valentine’s guitar violence and drum'n'bass. After releasing three albums during the 90s that are already classics of electronic music (Ghost, You Guys Kill Me and Little Lost Soul), Elliott closed a stage with a remixes album in 2001, changed scenery and sound, and during the last few years he has fully dedicated his career to his namesake project. https://www.facebook.com/mattelliottthirdeyefoundation

Chris Adams, together with his brother Richard, was half the creative core of Hood, an essential name to understand the history of the most audacious pop in the past ten years. Now this Leeds musician walks with Bracken on the border between analog output and the use digital tools and techniques. http://www.lastfm.es/music/Bracken

Manyfingers is by far the best British artist to truly venture into new and exciting territories and styles like folktronica, keeping the vibrant intensity of a live band without relinquishing samplers and the classic clicks & cuts. He’s currently working on his new album to be released in 2012. http://www.lastfm.es/music/Manyfingers

Chapelier Fou's music is situated in a crossroads between the theory of classical music and the electronic experimentation. Uniquely modern and wonderfully nostalgic, this young artist is a rising star in the French scene, with chances of becoming the next Yann Tiersen. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Chapelier-fou/28952841238
