Following a winning debut season of the concept party Fantastic Volume 2, named after one of the all time best Hip Hop albums ever committed to vinyl, the party is back with the inaugural session of season 2 moving from last year’s home in the bar above Bios down to the main ground floor club space to celebrate the kick off of season 2 and to enjoy the slow jams, Hip Hop and R’n’B weightiness on the brand new surround sound system in all its glory!
On the night expect a roll call of talent from the likes of Alori Joh, Sa Ra Creative Partners, Black Milk, Tawiah, Hezekiah, Nottz, Brandy, The Weeknd, Teedra Moses, Phonte, D’Angelo, Lil Wayne, Mae Day, Rochelle Jordan, Kelis, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Drake, Keith Sweat, Danny Brown, Mary J, Aaliyah, Nikkiya, Prince, Jazmine Sullivan, and of course lots of the late great James ‘Dilla’ Yancey, all hand selected by your hosts for the evening Petit Bear of the Beatnicks and Jo (Black Athena).
