Το Generation of Guts γεννήθηκε ως ιδέα προκειμένου να στηρίξει νέα σχήματα που αποδίδουν με όρεξη και πάθος τις όμορφες μουσικές τους!

Αφιερωμενό στον heavy - rock ήχο, παρουσιάζει αυτή τη φορά, έξι εξαιρετικές και πολλά υποσχόμενες μπάντες της εγχώριας σκηνής μας!

Οι Deathcrop Valley είναι ένα τετραμελές Heavy Rock σχήμα από την Αθήνα με αγγλόφωνο στίχο. Οι ηχοι και οι στιχοι τους μυριζουν χωμα, λυκισκο, και παλιες αναμνησεις. Αλλες καλες αλλες οχι. Δημιουργήθηκαν σαν ιδέα από τον Αλεξ Καυκανιωτη (κιθάρα) και τον Αρη Λαμπο (φωνή) το 2010. Στη συνεχεια το 2015 με τον Αγγελο Μαναρα (Μπάσσο) και τον Κωστα Αμαργιανιτακη (τύμπανα) η ιδέα έγινε πράξη. Εχουν παιξει σε παρκα, πλατειες, σε αρκετα μαγαζια της Αθηνας οπως το An club, το remedy, το six dogs το ilion plus και το death disco αλλα και στο πρωτο Under the quarry fest στο Γαλατσι. Αυτή την περίοδο ηχογραφούν τον πρώτο τους full length δίσκο ενώ στο youtube υπάρχουν τα κομμάτια τους Gotta Go και Days To Come.

Sun, Rain in Life:
Οι 90’s grunge rockers Sun, Rain in Life, έχοντας κυκλοφορήσει τον Οκτώβριο του 2015 το ντεμπούτο full length album τους “96/4”, σε παραγωγή Φώτη Μπενάρντο (InnerWish, SEPTICFLESH-official-, Rotting Christ, Melechesh κ.α.), μίξη Steve Evetts ( All Out War, AMEN, ARCHITECTS, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Every Time I Die, Hatebreed, Misfits, - Prong -, Sepultura, Sick Of It All, SkinLab, Suicide Silence, Symphony X κ.α.) και mastering του Alan Douches (Official Motorhead, Torche, Cancer Bats, Mono (band, Japan), Cannibal Corpse, The Black Dahlia Murder, High On Fire, Converge, Mastodon, Kvelertak, Baroness κ.α.), έχοντας εμφανιστεί στο πλευρό των Barb Wire Dolls σε Αθήνα, Πάτρα και Θεσσαλονίκη, αλλά και έχοντας συμμετάσχει σε σημαντικά εγχώρια festivals όπως τα Defcon Fest, New Long Fest, 2 Smoking Barrels (Radio Show) Annual Anniversary Party κλπ, είναι από τις μπάντες που δεν χορταίνεις να παρακολουθείς ζωντανά. Το επηρεασμένο από το 90’s grunge rock των Alice in Chains και Silverchair αλλά και από τους εναλλακτικούς ήχους των The Smashing Pumpkins, υλικό τους ακούγεται νοσταλγικό και ταυτόχρονα φρέσκο, ενώ οι ζωντανές τους εμφανίσεις είναι πάντα αξιομνημόνευτες.

Οι Vegan Mosquitoes σχηματίστηκαν τον Οκτώβριο του 2014. Στόχος της μπάντας είναι να εκφραστεί γράφοντας πρωτότυπη μουσική σε ύφος rock/alternative χωρίς να υπάρχουν περιορισμοί από ταμπέλες. Τα δυνατά κ γεμάτα ενέργεια Live είναι ένα από τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά του group.Η μπάντα το 2016 ολοκλήρωσε την ηχογράφηση του πρώτου της ομότιτλου Live ΕΡ υπό της οδηγίες του Alex Bolpasis (The Road Miles, 10 Code, The Mound κλπ) στα Artracks recording studios το οποίο κυκλοφορεί σε ψηφιακή μορφή (https://veganmosquitoes.bandcamp.com/ ) και σε φυσική από την ίδια την μπάντα.Έχουν καταφέρει να προσδιορίσουν τον δικό τους ήχο που αφομοιώνει στοιχεία από όλο το φάσμα της rock και εξελίσσονται συνεχώς.

Οι Routes of Neptune είναι ένα τετραμελές heavy rock σχήμα που δημιουργήθηκε ως Decay Greed τον Άυγουστο του 2010 από τους κιθαρίστες Γιώργο και Χρήστο και πήρε την τελική του μορφή με τον Νίκο στα φωνητικά, τον Μανώλη στο μπάσο και τον Μόα στα τύμπανα. Όσο ο καιρός περνούσε, η μπάντα έπαιζε σε διάφορες περιοχές της Ελλάδας και ηχογραφούσε νέο υλικό. Επήλθαν, όμως αλλαγές στην σύνθεση και ενώ ο Χρήστος και ο Μόας παραμένουν, πλέον τους συντροφεύουν ο Μπάμπης στα φωνητικά και ο Φιλοποίμην στο μπάσο. Έχουν ήδη κυκλοφορήσει δύο Ep, ένα album και δύο singles τα οποία βρίσκονται διαθέσιμα για δωρεάν κατέβασμα.

Devil Flower Mantis is a heavy psych group from Athens, Greece formed in 2016. Main music influences include bands like Black Sabbath, Kyuss, Monster Magnet, Fu Manchu, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden. The band members have been involved in various heavy rock projects in the past including bands like Contra Limit, Spacement, Bonze's Fuel and others. At the moment, they are working on their debut album expected to be released within 2018.

Dead South Dealers:

Influenced by heavy rock and metal music, Dead South Dealers, managed to impress through their inspiration of their songs. Formed in 2013, the Athens-based band reflects the ability to absorb different musical styles and fabricate them into a distinct DSD sound. In 2015, their distinction at the “Battle of the Bands” music contest (D.S.D. won the 1st place among 30 bands), prompted them to start recording their creative material. In January 2016, the band released the single “Note to Self” with an ambition to make an impact on the world. The track features a groovy rhythm section surrounded by sharp guitar riffs and lonesome licks, creating a solid ground for band’s ex front man, Pavlos to phrase his emotional, rough and powerful vocals. On 8th March 2017, Dead South Dealers released their debut album, “Walk Through the Line”, which was recorded at Soundflakes Studios in Athens, Greece. The production, recording and mixing was done by John Mcris (4Bitten, Anorimoi, Dimlight) and the mastering by Alan Douches (Motorhead, Clutch, Mastodon,) of West West Side Music Studios in NY, USA.The album was released worldwide by Sliptrick Records. On September 2017, D.S.D announced their new frontman, Andre Boutos (Sonata Antartika, Wings In Motion). That band keeps going with the same pace and even more thrist, looking forward to take their brand on the road around Greece and beyond.
